Tinplate is abbreviated as tinplate (SPTE), commonly known as tinplate, which is a cold-rolled low-carbon (≤0.13%) thin steel plate with tin on both sides. Tinplate substrate is a thin steel plate formed by hot rolling and cold rolling of steel ingot or continuous casting material. Tinplate is obtained by hot-dip tinning or electroplating tin on the substrate.
